Due to the extreme heat index tonight's (9-3-26) Away football game vs College View has been rescheduled for next Thursday 9-10-26.

Good evening! If you have not registered your student online this must be completed as soon as possible so they do not lose technology access. If you need assistance completing the registration, please reach out to the school tomorrow.

We are so proud of our students and staff for an incredible first week of school! We are COMMITTED to making this a fantastic year for every MCMS Cougar! This upcoming week we have House Spirit Week, House Sorting Event Friday, and Kona Ice! Friday will be a big day for our 6th graders and new students as they will see which House Chooses them!!! In order to make our car rider line more efficient and get students to their cars safely please check out the graphic below. Note the line coming off of highway 136 is a single car line. Once vehicles get past the stop sign lines will merge to two lanes. There are designated white cougar paws for cars. We are asking that you pull up to the next available cougar paw. After your student is loaded the cars behind will fill in and so on. The lanes then merge back to one lane before exiting the lot. *we are kindly asking parents and guardians to not park on the side lot and get out or motion their student to the vehicle. This can be a safety hazard. Thank you for understanding, MCMS Administration

As we prepare for the first day of school, we want all of our MCMS families to be aware of arrival and dismissal times for this school year. Please note there will not be any transportation changes after 2 pm each day. We are eager to see all of our students in just 3 short days!

6th Grade Jumpstart Reminder! 🐾 We are so excited to welcome our 6th grade students for Jumpstart tomorrow! Please drop students off at 9:00 AM at the side door (gym entrance). Students will be picked up at 10:30 AM at the same location. Parents are also invited to meet in the cafeteria from 10:30–11:00 AM to fill out any needed paperwork and ask any questions you may have. We can’t wait to see our new 6th graders tomorrow and get them ready for a great year! 💙

Due to the potential high heat index temperature our Home football game scheduled for tomorrow 8-13-26 has been canceled. Our student athlete safety is top priority. Stay tuned for further information regarding a possible reschedule date. Thank you for understanding.
